During her time working with cheese, Win has gained countless awards for bespoke recipe cheese that she has developed with different dairies
She is a senior judge at the Nantwith International cheese show and also regularly judges at the Royal Bath & West, Royal Yorkshire & Internationally at the World cheese awards.
In 2014 she was awarded with the British Cheese Boards award for services to the Industry. She has developed cheeses for Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's that have won the Supreme Champion & Reserve Supreme at Nantwich International cheese show.
Win has also worked across Europe with many cheese manufacturers to help them make more consistent cheese throughout the year.
Win has an outstanding technical understanding of cheese making and maturing & an in-depth knowledge of this Industry
Win is an Industry respected authority on cheese & runs cheese courses at all learning levels to build on peoples cheese knowledge.
